Shipping + Handling

 

Our goal here at SWIMGOOD is to provide you with exceptional service and deliver your orders in a timely manner. So here are all of the details!

HOURS OF OPERATIONS

  • Our office hours are Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 am PST. All inquiries will receive a response within 48 hours.

  • Orders are processed and shipped Tuesday through Friday from 6:00 am to 10:00 am PST.

  • Please note that orders placed after 9:00 a.m. PST from Tuesday to Friday will begin processing on the next business day.

ORDER PROCESSING

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. Orders placed on Friday after 9 am through Monday will be processed starting the following Tuesday. During sales and high-volume periods, such as promotions, please allow an additional 7 business days (10-12 days) for order processing. Your patience during peak times is greatly appreciated.

SHIPPING

  • Transit times are measured from the point of shipping. Please note that all transit times quoted during order placement are estimates and may vary depending on the destination.

  • While providing worldwide shipping is our goal, there may be certain areas where we are unable to ship due to logistical constraints or shipping restrictions. We encourage you reach out if you have any questions or concerns. But rest assured that during the order processing stage, our team will thoroughly review the shipping availability to your specific location regardless. If we encounter any issues, we will contact you immediately to discuss alternative arrangements or provide a refund. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we greatly appreciate your understanding in this situation.

  • Kindly note that we do not ship to PO Boxes at the moment. Until we obtain a physical address from the purchaser, a processing delay will occur for all PO Box shipping addresses being used. A similar processing delay may occur for orders shipping to an address different from the billing address. We will need to verify the information prior to shipping. To ensure a smooth delivery, please double-check the accuracy of your shipping details prior to placing your order.


PRE-ORDERS

  • If you have placed a pre-order, please allow up to 3-5 business days for it to be shipped after the suggested date. Once a pre-order is placed, it cannot be changed. To make changes, you will need to cancel your order and place a new one with the correct items.

  • In-stock items purchased together with a pre-ordered item will be shipped together when the pre-ordered item is ready for shipment.


INTERNATIONAL

  • For international orders, please be aware that customs may impose taxes or additional fees that we do not cover. The customer is responsible for any fees charged by their country, and by making a purchase are therefore agreeing to our terms and conditions. SWIMGOOD is not responsible for any additional fees charged by UPS for shipping or processing. If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs or duties fees, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs, including a $50 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from the total amount of the order. The remaining amount will be issued as store credit; no refunds will be issued to the original for, of payment.
