Refunds Policy (Within 7 Days)

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund of the item cost and applicable taxes within 7 calendar days of receipt. All refunds will exclude shipping costs and insurance, which are non-refundable. You, the purchaser, is responsible for return shipping and providing us with your return tracking number. Eligible items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all original packaging.

Store Credit Policy (After 7 Days)

Missed the 7-day window? No problem. You can return your purchase within 8 to 14 days for store credit. If your return exceeds 14 days, we won't be able to accept it for store credit. Any unapproved or delayed returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee for the entire order, which will be deducted from the refund total. SWIMGOOD reserves the right to refuse returns that don't meet these standards.

 Exclusions from Refunds and Store Credit

Please be aware that certain items are not eligible for a refund or store credit:

  • All items marked final sale.

  • Pre-order items.

Defective or Incorrect Items

In the event that you receive damaged or incorrect items, please reach out to us within 3 days of your order being delivered at info@swimgoodla.com. In this request, please provide your name, order number, and a photograph of the damaged or incorrect item(s) so that we may quickly work on resolving the issue.

 Start Your Return

Please contact us at info@swimgoodla.com. In this request, please provide your name, order number, and reason for the return. A return tracking number will need to be provided by you to us within 3 calendar days from the return authorization.

Exchange Policy

In order to process a size exchange please follow the return policy and submit a new order the desired size.

Cancellation Policy

We advise reviewing your order thoroughly before checking out as we do not offer cancellations.
